Currently, the state of markets in all different industries are growing, globalizing, and having to adapt to changes regularly. Steve Madden Ltd. is one of those companies that started from the ground up and is now a prominent brand in the fashion industry. Because fashion and the world around it are changing rapidly, brands can no longer rely solely on their designs for their success. Companies, like Steve Madden, must now also have the ability to embrace diversity and inclusion in both society and their company culture.
